What kind of medals do you provide?

All medals are custom-made. Styles range from 3D Molded to Locket to Wood, Spinners, LEDs, Multi-Piece, Bottle Openers/Wine Stoppers, PVC and Coasters. Materials are die-cast and of the highest quality; most are produced in zinc and then plated for the desired look.

How is the price determined?

Stride’s pricing is based on weight, diameter and thickness of the medal, as well as the design and dimension. We can help you decide on the basics and then you can upgrade the look and feel only as your budget allows.

Do you charge tax on international orders?

Sales tax is charged only on orders within the United States and its territories as applicable by law.

Do you offer creative design of the medals?

Absolutely. We offer free creative services and will transform your race logo into an unforgettable finisher medallion. Our award-winning art department works with our customers throughout the design process, welcoming feedback from all parties until the design is exactly what the customer wants. What is the minimum number of medals per order?

Our minimum order quantity is 100 and can range up to tens of thousands.

What is the expected delivery time for my order?

We pride ourselves on meeting the need of our clients’ timeframe. In addition to our offices located in the US, Stride also has an office in China, with upper management overseeing the production and logistics of each order. Production time varies, based on factors like the size of the order, complexity of the medal and delivery method via plane or boat.
